I know that many people think that meditating can be hard to do. It's not. All you have to do is sit down and shut up for 3 to 5 minutes and breath. You can count your breath; count on your fingers; count using mala beads (prayer beads with 108 beads); use affirmations like peace and love (breath in peace, breath out love); or just sit and just be. Meditations are a great way to help your day be less hectic. How? Well if you start your day with a 3 minute meditation, you may just have a less stressful day.
