Meditations
I know that many people think that meditating can be hard to do. It's not. All you have to do is sit down and shut up for 3 to 5 minutes and breath. You can count your breath; count on your fingers; count using mala beads (prayer beads with 108 beads); use affirmations like peace and love (breath in peace, breath out love); or just sit and just be. Meditations are a great way to help your day be less hectic. How? Well if you start your day with a 3 minute meditation, you may just have a less stressful day.
I write and record meditations. This page will be dedicated to meditations that you can download and listen to. All of them are guided meditations that take less than 10 minutes. Try one. Let me know what you think. I'll be adding more in the coming days ahead.
